Where are you located?
Born and printed in the USA — no passport stamps, no mystery warehouses. Your order gets made by our print partners in Florida and Texas, then shipped straight to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we're a small team working on it! Right now we only ship within the United States, but going global is on our list. In the meantime, check our shipping policy for rates and delivery times.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves us, we'll send you a tracking number so you're never left wondering where it is — we know the wait is the hard part.
What materials are your products made of?
We're picky about fabric — soft enough to actually want to wear, sturdy enough to survive wash after wash (and the occasional muddy paw print). Materials vary by item, so you'll find the exact details on each product page.
